At DogsCoup, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or other practical reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened consumable pet products (if offered)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After reviewing your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that your financial institution or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, DogsCoup may provide return instructions or an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

For returns requested for reasons other than product defects or order errors, customers may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipping.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you require a different size, color, or variation, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been reviewed, where applicable.
